Insights & Analytics¶
Discover patterns in your dating behavior.
Two Kinds of Insights¶
Revoir has two distinct insights features:

Per-Person Insights¶
When you open a person's profile, you'll see a ✦ Insights card between the mood sparkline and the compatibility section. It shows patterns specifically about your dates with that person, drawn from your full history together — not just the last 90 days.
How It Unlocks¶
Log 3 dates with a person to unlock their personal insights. The card shows your progress while you build up data:
Once unlocked, the insights engine analyzes your dates with that person and surfaces one key pattern — for example, a mood correlation, a timing trend, or an activity preference.
Card States¶

Free vs. Premium¶
The insights engine runs for every eligible user — free and Premium alike. In the free experience, you can read the first sentence of the insight as a teaser. The rest is blurred to signal what's behind the Premium upgrade.
Tap View Insights › to see the upgrade options.
With Revoir Premium, the full insight is unblurred and a View All Insights › button takes you to a dedicated screen with all insights for that person.
Per-Person Scope¶
The insight card is scoped entirely to your relationship with that one person. It uses all dates you've logged with them, regardless of how far back they go. Your dates with other people do not affect these insights.
Analytics Dashboard¶
Access your cross-person insights from the Insights tab. You'll see patterns across your entire dating history.
When It Unlocks¶
Revoir starts generating dashboard insights after you have 5 or more dates logged in total. The more data you add, the richer your insights become.
What You'll See¶
- Date activity over time
- Mood trends across dates
- Platform performance (which apps work best)
- Progression funnel (1st dates → 2nd dates → etc.)

Mood Patterns¶
- "Your mood tends to improve after 2nd dates"
- "You feel more anxious before dinner dates"
- "Weekend dates leave you happier"
Platform Analysis¶
- "Hinge dates have a 40% 2nd date rate"
- "You've had 12 dates from Bumble this year"
Activity Insights¶
- "Coffee dates have your highest mood scores"
- "You prefer walks over dinners"
Compatibility Observations¶
- "You tend to click with people tagged ✨"
- "Dates with 🚩 rarely lead to 2nd dates"
Confidence Levels¶
All insights show a confidence level based on how much data backs them up:

Understanding Insights¶
Patterns, Not Predictions
Insights use hedging language ("tends to," "may indicate") because patterns aren't predictions. Use them for self-reflection, not absolute rules.
Find Your Optimal Match¶
Right below the Overview section on the Insights dashboard, you'll find both a Find Your Optimal Match card and a button. The entry card surfaces the flow directly from the dashboard — no hunting required.
- If you've set up your cultural profile (personality type, blood type, connection style, or birthday), tapping either the card or button opens your optimal match results.
- If you haven't set up your profile yet, tapping either one takes you directly to Settings > Astrology & Compatibility so you can fill in your details.
No extra steps — just one tap to get where you need to go.
Tip
Fill in more cultural data fields to get richer match recommendations. You can set your personality type, blood type, connection style, and birthday.
AI-Powered Insights¶
Revoir's AI features run entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence — your data never leaves your phone.
Mira AI Chat¶
Beyond the dashboard, Revoir includes Mira — a dedicated AI chat for your dating journal. Mira can answer questions about patterns, moods, and specific people across your full history.
You can open Mira from the Mira tab, from a person's profile, or from the Talk to Mira shortcut that appears after you log a date — perfect for reflecting while the date is still fresh.
Long-Term Memory (Premium)¶
With Revoir Premium, Mira remembers key details across conversations. Memories are stored on-device and scoped per person — Mira keeps separate context for each connection in your journal. You can view and delete individual memories at any time from the memories panel inside any Mira chat.
OCR Context¶
If you added a person by importing their dating profile screenshot via the iOS Share Sheet, Mira has access to the original profile text. When you ask Mira about that person, she already has the full context — you do not need to re-explain who they are or paste in their profile details.
