What's New in Revoir 1.2.1¶

A small follow-up to 1.2.0.

Buttons work again during the save ceremony¶

The first-save ceremony introduced in 1.2.0 used a tap-anywhere gesture to dismiss itself. That gesture was greedy. It sat above the rest of the screen and swallowed taps meant for buttons in lists underneath it.

The gesture is now scoped to the ceremony itself, so list buttons respond normally while it is on screen.

A better moment to ask¶

Revoir may ask you to rate the app on the App Store. That request now waits for the moment you unlock your first real pattern, rather than arriving at an arbitrary point.

If you are going to be asked, being asked right after the app has shown you something genuinely useful seemed like the honest time to do it.
