Live Activities

Revoir now shows a live countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island when you have an upcoming date. The activity starts automatically and updates as your date gets closer, moving through three phases:

  • Upcoming — shows how many hours or days until your date
  • Active — when the date is happening now
  • Done — clears automatically when it's over

You don't have to do anything to turn this on. If you have a date logged, the countdown appears on its own.

Widgets

Three widget sizes are now available. Add them to your home screen or lock screen from the iOS widget picker.

  • Small — shows your next date and how far away it is
  • Medium — your last mood check-in and streak on the left, next two upcoming dates on the right
  • Large — a mini timeline of up to five upcoming dates, with your date count for the month and last mood at the bottom

All three widgets support iOS 18 tint customization — they adapt to your chosen home screen color.

Top Matches on the Compatibility Sheet

When you open Find Your Optimal Match, the three people you're most compatible with now appear at the top before the full list. You get to your best results without scrolling.

Bug Fixes

  • Person profile header was off-center — The name, avatar, and details in someone's profile were shifted to the right. They're centered now.
  • Edit pencil on person profiles — Tapping into a person's profile now shows a pencil icon in the top corner so you can edit their details directly.
  • Live Activity countdown was frozen — In some cases the countdown on the Lock Screen stopped updating. Fixed.
  • App crashed on empty person name — If a person's name was blank, the app could crash when trying to show their initials. Fixed with a safe fallback.
  • Accessibility labels — All icon-only buttons throughout the app now have proper accessibility labels for screen reader users.
