By accessing or using Revoir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revoir. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Description of Service

Revoir is a privacy-first dating journal app that helps you track your dating experiences, moods, and patterns. All data is stored locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information when signing up for the waitlist
• Not attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
• Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

Your Data

You own your data. Since Revoir stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We cannot recover lost data as we do not have access to it.

Intellectual Property

The Revoir app, website, and all associated content are owned by Revoir Software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimer

Revoir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revoir Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Apple App Store

Revoir is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the Revoir app or its content. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
