Level Meaning
1 Barely noticeable
2 Mild
3 Moderate
4 Strong
5 Intense

Why Track Moods?

Mood data helps Revoir identify patterns:

  • "You tend to feel anxious before dates with people from Hinge"
  • "Coffee dates leave you happier than dinner dates"
  • "Your mood improves after 3rd dates"

Mood Streaks

Revoir tracks your mood logging streak to encourage consistent check-ins.

  • Your streak increases each day you log at least one mood.
  • If you haven't logged a mood today, your streak holds at its current value until midnight. It won't reset mid-day.
  • A streak only resets to zero if midnight passes without any mood logged that day.

Tip

Log a quick standalone mood check-in from the Home tab to keep your streak alive, even on days without a date.

Coaching Tips

After logging certain moods, Revoir may offer a coaching tip:

Example Coaching Tip

Feeling anxious before a date is normal! Try a calming activity like a short walk or breathing exercise.

    • Yes / No / Less clear than before
  3. Behavior Shift: Did their effort level change?

    • Increased / Same / Decreased
  4. Words vs Actions: Did what they said match what they did?

Why Reflect?

These reflections help Revoir detect patterns like:

  • "You often feel drained after dates with avoidant types"
