Classic printable report format:
- Go to Insights tab

PowerPoint-compatible presentation:
- Go to Insights tab
- Tap Export Report
- Select PPTX Report
- Choose date range
- Configure privacy settings
- Generate and share
Best for: Sharing with a therapist or counselor in a familiar format.
Privacy Mode¶
When enabled, Privacy Mode:
- Replaces names with "Person A", "Person B"
- Removes specific locations
- Excludes photos
Tip
Privacy Mode is on by default to protect you if you accidentally share your report.
Data Backup¶
Automatic Backup¶
Revoir automatically backs up your data on-device so you never lose your journal:
- Backups are created automatically and stored securely on your device
- Encrypted using iOS Data Protection
- No cloud upload — your data stays on your phone
- Restore from a backup in Settings > Data Management
Manual Export¶
Export all your data as a portable file:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Data Management
- Tap Export All Data
- Save the file to iCloud Drive, Files, or share via AirDrop
Restoring Data¶
Restore from an automatic backup or a previously exported file in Settings > Data Management.
