Emoji Tags¶
Quickly categorize dates and people with visual tags.
What Are Tags?¶
Tags are emoji-based labels that help you organize and remember key details:
- 🚩 Red flag
- 💚 Green flag
- ✨ Great chemistry
- 🦋 Butterflies
- 😴 Boring
- 🔥 Hot
- 🧠 Smart
- 😂 Funny
Default Tags¶
Revoir comes with common tags pre-configured. You can customize or add your own in Settings.
Tag Inheritance¶
Tags work differently on people vs. dates:
Tags on People¶
When you add a tag to a person, it automatically appears on all their dates.
Example
Tag someone with 🚩 → All their dates show 🚩
Tags on Dates¶
Tags added to a specific date only appear on that date.
Example
Tag a date with ✨ → Only that date shows ✨
Overriding Inherited Tags¶
You can remove an inherited tag from a specific date without removing it from the person.
Custom Tags¶
Create your own tags in Settings > Tags:
- Tap Add Tag
- Choose an emoji
- Enter a meaning (e.g., "Great kisser")
- Save
Using Tags for Insights¶
Tags contribute to your insights:
- "Dates tagged with ✨ led to 2nd dates 80% of the time"
- "You've flagged 🚩 on 3 people from Tinder"
